Mission Statement:

To facilitate and fund social, educational,

and cultural endeavors that enhance the quality of life in Villa Park

 The Villa Park Community Services Foundation welcomes the public to this meeting. We encourage your participation. This agenda contains a brief general description of each item to be considered.

If you wish to speak on an item contained on the agenda, please be prepared to speak when invited to do so by the Board Chair during the Public Comment portion of the agenda. Upon recognition by the Chair, state your name and address for the record prior to providing your comments. Speakers will be limited to a time period set by the presiding officer.

Any member of the Board or the public may request an item be removed from the Consent Calendar for discussion or separate action unless otherwise specified in the request to remove an item from the Consent Calendar, all items removed shall be considered immediately following action on the remaining items on the Consent Calendar

 

a)   Approval of  November 18,  2020 Minutes (submitted by Secretary Duensing)

Motion: That the November 18, 2020 Minutes be approved as submitted.

Consideration of  November 18,  2020 Financial Statements (submitted by Treasurer Sawyer).

Motion: That the November 18, 2020 for Approval of 2020 Balance Sheets and Income Statements year-to-date. (Submitted by Treasurer Sawyer).

b)  Directors’ written reports (Submitted by Various Directors)

Motion: That this month’s Directors’ written reports be received and filed.

5. OLD BUSINESS

New Applicant, Jordan Wu, application submitted/interview completed, CSF Board vote accepted for final presentation to City Council for approval. Approved.

New Applicant, Robert Frackelton, application submitted. Interview to follow meeting with Chair, Membership Chair and Secretary. (Approval to be announced at December CSF meeting.)

Official welcoming of new CSF Board of Director: Jordan Wu. Term beginning January 2021.

Reminder: Community Services Foundation new Board application accepted December 2020,

two-year term beginning January, 2021- January 23, 2023.
