On behalf of the Villa Park Community Services Foundation, MMG Health & Wellness and our planning committee, I am excited to invite you to participate in our upcoming “Spring Into Health” Fair & 5K community health fair on Saturday, May 16, 2026.

This event will bring together local health professionals, businesses, and organizations to promote wellness, prevention and provide valuable health resources to our community.

Event Details Date: Saturday, May 16, 2026

Location: City of Villa Park Town Center, 17855 Santiago Blvd, Villa Park, CA 92861

Time: 7:30am-12:30pm

We are seeking health agencies, businesses, and organizations that can provide health screenings, educational materials, demos or interactive wellness experiences. We will not be accepting/serving any food at this event. As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to:

✅ Engage with the local community and share your expertise.

✅ Promote your services/products to an audience interested in health and wellness.

✅ Network with other health and wellness professionals.

The cost to participate is $50-$75, and spaces are limited. If you’re interested, please complete the Exhibitor Application Form by May 8, 2026 to secure your spot.

If you would like to be considered as an exhibitor, speaker or give a short demonstration. Please apply by reading in full and completing the Exhibitor Application and making your payment online or following payment instructions listed in the application.
